These Terms govern use of the GoStormChaser website and any services agreed between GoStormChaser and a customer. By requesting or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

GoStormChaser may provide lead intake, follow-up, qualification, appointment-setting, workflow automation, and related roofing-business support. The exact scope of a pilot or ongoing engagement will be defined in the applicable offer or agreement.

Pilots and fees

Paid pilots are limited-scope engagements intended to test a defined workflow. Any continued service, additional work, recurring fees, or expanded scope requires a separate agreement or acceptance of the applicable offer.

No guaranteed results

Marketing, lead conversion, and appointment outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, GoStormChaser does not guarantee a particular number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, or roofing jobs.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to qualified opportunities appropriately, complying with applicable laws and industry requirements, and obtaining any permissions required for their own marketing or customer communications.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications, or in a way that interferes with our systems or third-party services.

Third-party services

Our workflows may depend on third-party hosting, email, automation, communications, analytics, or other providers. Availability of those services is not fully within our control.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoStormChaser is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
